Calligraphy or Brush Art had been a thing since last year. I bet you have come across some of these works in your Instagram or Pinterest feed (if you have one).
I don’t have a talent for this kind of thing, but I do like to use them for decorating, and you know what they say, “if you can’t do it, you pay someone else to do it.” 😀

During the Holidays, I was fortunate enough to be able to spend time with my family back in my hometown in Cagayan de Oro. As a family tradition, we also travel back to my mom’s province in Misamis Oriental to attend family reunions. While we were returning towards the city proper, we decided to stop by Sugbongcogon and visit the Mantianak Botanical Garden and Zoological Park.

Last year, my parents celebrated their Silver (25th) Wedding anniversary by renewing their vows. My mom then asked me for any ideas as to what the giveaways should be.
We both agreed it should not be the usual figurine, and I first thought of going to Pinterest to scour for DIY ideas, but I realized I don’t really have the time to handcraft at least 100 giveaways.

Fortunately, I came across a Facebook page called “Cream of the Craft” and they specialize in personalized giveaways and gifts that feature what they call “Snowy Flowers.”
